It can be tough to make lifestyle changes but with the right help it is possible to make simple changes to significantly reduce your risk.

How to access the local Healthier You service:

  • Ask your GP or practice nurse to arrange blood tests and check your eligibility if you believe you are at high risk of developing Type 2 diabetes.
  • Ask your Health Check professional to check your eligibility.
